  • When will my journal ship?
    • We fulfill orders within 3 business days (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Once the order has been fulfilled it will be marked as 'shipped'. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS). Once a package leaves our fulfillment location, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier to resolve delivery issues. You can find your tracking number in your order confirmation (use this to reach out to the shipping carrier). 
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes, we do!
  • Can I order planners in bulk or for a team?
    • Yes, please email us at hello@dailyworkjournal.com
  • Do you have an affiliate program?
    • We’re working on one. Please email us if you’re interested in hearing more. 
  • Will my journal cover color look different than it does on my computer screen?
    • We do our best to represent the true planner color cover in each of our product photos. However, the colors on any screen such as a laptop or phone can be altered depending on the screen and color settings of the device. So there is always a slight chance the cover color may not appear true to color on your device. Our journals are made with matte black linen covers. The embossing is a yellow gold. 
  • Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
    • We do our best to ship out orders in a timely manner. As much as we wish we could adjust the details of your order, for security purposes, we will not be able to change the items in the order once it has already been placed.
  • What is your return policy?
    • All sales are final. 
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • All sales are final.
  • My planner was damaged during shipping, what do I do?
    • Please email hello@dailyworkjournal.com for support
  • Does it come in different languages?
    • No, but if you’re keen on this let us know!
  • Is the planner dated?
    • No.
  • Is a PDF download available?
    • A full PDF of the planner is not available for download. If you are interested in this, please email us and we will consider this. 
  • What pens work best?
    • The majority of your favorite pens will work great! Please keep in mind that any alcohol-based or permanent pens or markers (or extra juicy pens) may bleed through the paper. 
  • Can I customize or personalize the journal?
    • At this moment, we are only considering customizing our journals for corporate clients. If this is something you’re interested in, please email us. 
  • Do you sell any accessories that go with the planner?
    • No, but if you’re keen on this let us know! Please email us.
  • Will you offer different cover colors?
    • We’re thinking about it! If you’re keen on this, email us and let us know. If we have enough demand, we will look into selling accessories as well.
  • Can you choose a Monday or Sunday start day?
    • Unfortunately the only version the journal currently comes in is a Sunday start day. 
  • How often are new journals released?
    • We’re working hard to provide a variety of dated journals! But as of right now, there are no plans for new journals.
  • How long will the Daily Work Journal last?
    • With consistent daily use, the Daily Work Journal will last 3 months.
